Trash collection is included in your rent. Please properly dispose of all trash by bagging it and throwing it in a dumpster.
Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community with the following conditions:
- Pet shall not exceed 100 pounds at full maturity.
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
- No Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, or Spitz.
Deposit: $100 refundable pet deposit and $50 pet fee
Additional Rent: $20 for one pet, $25 for two pets
