• Application Fee: $32 (non-refundable), per applicant (all residents over 18, and all co-signers)
• Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent for the unit selected (refundable)
• Pets: - allowed (some restrictions apply) 
  • Deposit: $150 refundable pet deposit
  • Additional Rent:  $25 for one pet, $30 for two pets
• Lease Terms: 12 months, flexible leases may be available with a rent surcharge.
• Completely Furnished Corporate Units available upon request
