Water and Sewer Will be billed to you from a sub-metering service called Midway Services. We will set up the account for you when you move in.
Cable and Internet You can sign up for Comcast basic cable right here in the office. Just a $45 fee every month provides you with a channel lineup of over sixty channels. Need expanded cable or internet? Let us provide you with Comcast phone numbers so that you may learn more about their current specials.
Trash Collection Trash collection is included in your rent. Please properly dispose of all trash by bagging it and throwing it in a dumpster. Pet Policy We are a pet friendly community with the following conditions: - Pet shall not exceed 100 pounds at full maturity.
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
- No Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, or Spitz.
